Bharat Fertiliser to consider merger of Wada Alums & Acids Pvt Ltd

Bharat Fertiliser Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 17, 2006, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Proposal for Amalgamation of Manufacturing Division of Wada Alums & Acids Pvt Ltd with the Company.

2. Scheme of Amalgamation of Manufacturing Division of Wada Alums & Acids Pvt Ltd (WAAP) with the Company.

3. To fix Ratio of shares to be allotted to Shareholders of WAAP as per valuation Report submitted by M/s. Desai Saksena & Associates (Chartered Accountants), Mumbai obtained by the Company.
