Pankaj Polymers to dispose production facility at Nagpur

Pankaj Polymers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 10, 2006, has decided in principle for the sale, lease, other wise dispose of the of Production facility situated at Nagpur which was closed temporarily since last three years. In this regard the Company is seeking consent from the shareholders pursuant to section 293(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1956 by way of Postal Ballot.
