Harrisons Malayalam members approve sale / transfer of Kailyar Estate through Postal Ballot

Harrisons Malayalam Ltd has announced that members of the Company, by way of Postal Ballot, have passed the Ordinary Resolutions to sell / transfer or otherwise dispose off as a going concern the Kaliyar Estate (Rubber) of the Company, admeasuring approximately 603 hectares of land situated at Idukki District, Kerala State, comprising the movable and immovable properties, other assets, rights and interests therein for a consideration of Rs 53,00,00,000/- on the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement for Sale dated September 22, 2006 executed for this purpose, with requisite majority.
