Ganesh Housing to amalgamate clutch of companies with itself

Ganesh Housing Corporation Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 16, 2006, inter alia, to consider a proposal for amalgamation of the following Companies with the Company pursuant to a scheme of Amalgamation under section 391-394 of the Companies Act, 1956.

1. Nachiket Properties Pvt Ltd

2. Manjari (Thaltej) Complex Pvt Ltd

3. Shaharsh Infrastructure Pvt Ltd

4. Ganesh Infrastructure Pvt Ltd

5. Ramasagar Infrastructure Pvt Ltd

Further the Company has informed that, the aforesaid amalgamation, if approved by the Board, shall be subject to all permissions, sanctions and approvals, including the approvals of shareholders of all the aforesaid Companies.
