Mukta Arts to setup media institute in Cape Town

Mukta Arts Ltd has announced that Mr Subhash Ghai, Chairman of Whistling Woods International Ltd a subsidiary Company of the Company and Mr Ibrahim Rasool, the Premier of the Provincial Government of the Western Cape, Republic of South Africa have signed a Declaration of Intent on November 08, 2006 to work out a collaborative strategy for establishment by Whistling Woods International Ltd a film and media institute in Cape Town including its execution.
