Hon'ble High Court, Gujarat approves Scheme of Amalgamation of MSK Projects with subsidiaries

MSK Projects India Ltd has announced that the High Court of Gujarat at Ahemedabad has approved the amalgamation of wholly owned subsidiary Companies viz., MSK Infrastructure & Toll Bridge Pvt Ltd, MSK Highways Ltd and Alpha Engicon Pvt Ltd with the Company vide its order dated November 02, 2006.
