Sarvatra Builders to enter real estate business, change name as Venus Ventures Ltd

Sarvatra Builders Ltd has announced that the Alteration of Main Objects of the Company to include Objects for Textile manufacturing and Real Estate / Infrastructural development has been approved by the Registrar of Companies, AP.

Further the Company inform that the Company has decided not to proceed with the change of name to I K industries Ltd and had approached the Registrar of Companies, AP for seeking availability of fresh name for such change of name of the Company.

The Registrar of Companies has allowed the following name for such change of name of the Company:

Venus Ventures Ltd

In order to pass necessary resolution by the Members in General Meeting, the Company proposes to convene an Extra Ordinary General Meeting on December 04, 2006 for which purpose a meeting of Board of Directors was held on November 04, 2006.
