Jaipan Industries consolidates equity shares to Rs.10

Jaipan Industries Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on November 07, 2006, have sub-divided each of the existing shares of Re 1/- each in the capital of the Company into 61,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each and consequential amendments in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.
