Usha International Board declares 125% interim dividend, fixes record date

Usha International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 07, 2006, inter alia, has declared Interim Dividend at the rate of 125%.

Usha International Ltd has fixed November 23, 2006 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend.
