Pondy Oxides to consolidate equity shares, list in NSE

Pondy Oxides & Chemicals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 16, 2006, to consider the following:

1. To consolidate the Equity Shares of the Company from its present face value of Rs 2/- to Rs 10/-.

2. To finalize the date and venue of Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company to take the permission of shareholders of the Company for the following agenda:

(a) Listing of the shares of the Company at National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.

(b) To approve the issue of Bonus Equity Shares of the Company.

(c) To consolidate the equity shares of the Company.
