Tera Software members approves bonus shares

Tera Software Ltd has announced that the members at the 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have authorize to capitalize its reserves by allotting one equity share of Rs 10/- each for every four equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid up held by the members as fully paid bonus shares.
