UTV Software denies no proposal regarding News Corp, Disney discussed by the Board

With reference to the news item, appearing in leading financial daily titled "News Corp, Disney Set stage for UTV slugfest", UTV Software Communications Ltd has clarified that article is an independent story by the publication and did not emanate from any official press release from the Company, and as regards the news which deals with News Corp eying sizable stake in the Company, at present, there are no such proposals having been discussed by the Board of Directors of the nature stated in the news report.
