Aksh Optifibre equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Aksh Optifibre Ltd has announced that pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble High Court of Rajasthan, at Jaipur, a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company will be held on November 18, 2006, for the purpose of considering and if, thought fit, approving, with or without modification(s), the arrangement embodied in the Scheme of Amalgamation between Aksh Broadband Ltd and the Company.
