ABG Heavy allots 15,00,000 shares to PSA India Pte Ltd

ABG Heavy Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 07, 2006 has issued and allotted 15,00,000 Equity shares of Rs 10/- each to the PSA India Pte Ltd on preferential basis as per SEBI guidelines for preferential issues.
