Vishal Cotspin Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 26, 2006, has resolved that the expression of interest for making investments into the Company as per the terms and conditions of the expression of interest from Madanapalle Spinning Mills Ltd be approved.
