Graphite India calls for EGM to split face value of stock

Graphite India Ltd has announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on December 01, 2006 to obtain approval of the members of the Company for split of the face value of the equity shares of the Company from Rs 10/- to Rs 2/-.
