3i Infotech buys 100% of Stex Software Technologies Pvt Ltd

3i Infotech Ltd has announced that the Company has added to its suit of products, a workflow and document imaging Software and associated services business through 100% share purchase of Stex Software Technologies Pvt Ltd and through a business purchase of Genesis Imaging and Allied Technologies Pvt Ltd.

Further the Company has informed that, the above product compliments to Company's suit of products in banking, insurance and mutual fund business. The imaging services of Genesis compliments the Company's BPO focus on Banking Services, Mutual Fund services and cheque transaction services.
