Anil Products Board Meeting on Dec 23, 2008 to conider fund raising proposal

Anil Products Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 23, 2008, inter alia, to consider various options of fund raising including GDRs / FCCBs / Preferential allotment / Rights Issue / Qualified Institutions Placement for the purpose of expansion of the existing setup / setting up a new facility and other developmental activities.
