Jagran Prakashan AGM confirms Interim Dividend of Rs.5 as final dividend

Jagran Prakashan Ltd has announced that the members at the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, have also confirmed the Interim Dividend of Rs 5 per share on fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10/- for the financial year 2005-2006 as final dividend.
