Spicejet allots 15360715 warrants

Spicejet Ltd has announced that the Company on December 12, 2008 has allotted 15,360,715 warrants (having option to apply for and be allotted equivalent equity shares) to GS Investment Partner (Mauritius) I Ltd. The abovesaid warrants shall be under lock-in upto December 11, 2009.
