Kovilpatti Lakshmi Roller Flour Mills Ltd reserves shares for existing shareholders

Kovilpatti Lakshmi Roller Flour Mills Ltd has announced that the Company has reserved 2,60,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each for cash at a premium of Rs 45/- per share for allotment to existing equity shareholders of the Company on competitive basis who are holding shares worth up to Rs 50,000/ determined on the basis of closing price as on the previous day. The Company has decided November 17, 2006 as the specified date for determining the names of the shareholders to whom the application forms for reservation category will be dispatched.
