Reliable Ventures India Board Meeting on Dec 10, 2008 to consider preferential issue

Reliable Ventures India Ltd has announced that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on December 10, 2008, inter-alia, to consider reissue of forfeited shares on preferential basis to promoters and non promoters.

To consider issue of warrants, carrying right to subscribe to equity shares of the Company, on preferential basis to promoters and non-promoters in accordance with SEBI Guidelines.

The stock closed the day at Rs.12.50, up by Rs.0.50 or 4.17%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.12.50 and low of Rs.12.

The total traded quantity was 2798 compared to 2 week average of 2313.
