Savita Chemicals executes Technical Collaboration Agreements with Idemitsu Lube India

Savita Chemicals Ltd has announced that in continuation to the Technical Collaboration Agreements of the Company had with M/s. Idemitsu Lube (Singapore) Pte. Ltd, the Company has entered into a Technical Collaboration Agreement for Genuine Products for a period of 5 years with effect from November 01, 2006 and another Agreement for Technical Collaboration for Idemitsu Products for a period of 10 years from the said date with Idemitsu Lube India Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Idemitsu Kosan Co. Ltd. of Japan.
