Indiabulls Financial subsidiary receives approval for SEZ

Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd has announced that Indiabulls Infrastructure Development Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, focused on development of large scale infrastructure projects, has received an "in-principle" approval from Department of Commerce (SEZ Section), Ministry of Commerce & Industry. Government of India for development of a multi-product Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in the State of Maharashtra.
