Orissa Sponge to issue 14,10,000 equity shares to Torsteel Research Foundation

Orissa Sponge Iron & Steel Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 28, 2006 has decided to issue 14,10,000 Nos of Equity shares to Torsteel Research Foundation in India on Preferential basis which was allotted to Torsteel Research Foundation in India as Equity share warrants on May 31, 2006.
