Man Industries Equity Shareholders & Secured Creditors to approve Scheme of Demerger

Man Industries India Ltd has announced that The Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay has directed the separate meetings of the secured creditors & the equity share holders of the Company will be held on November 30, 2006 to consider and approve the Scheme of Demerger between the Company and Man Aluminium Ltd.
