Pan Packaging Changes Name as Alchemist Realty Ltd

Pan Packaging Industries Ltd has announced that the name of Company has been changed from "Pan Packaging Industries Ltd" to "Alchemist Realty Ltd" w.e.f. November 03, 2006.

Further the object clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company has been altered so as to include the business of real estate in its Main Object.

The both of above has been approved by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai vide its order dated November 03, 2006.
