Krishna Filaments to be renamed as Krrishna Filaments Ltd

Krishna Filaments Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 10, 2006, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. The change of Name of the Company from "Krishna Filaments Ltd" to "Krrishna Filaments Ltd", subject to approval of shareholders and other statutory authorities.

2. To Fix day, date, time, place for calling Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of members of the Company.
