Shivaji Securities allots 2,90,000 preference shares

Shivaji Securities Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 04, 2006 has allotted 2,90,000 1% Optionally Convertible Preference Shares (OCPS) of face value of Rs 100 each aggregating to Rs 2,90,00,000 to India Holdings, LLC.
