Godrej Consumer Board declares 75% interim dividend

Godrej Consumer Products Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 20, 2006, inter alia, has declared an interim dividend @ Rs 3/- per share (75% on the shares of the face value of Rs 4/- each) for the financial year 2006-07.
