Zandu Chemicals becomes subsidiary of Zandu Pharmaceutical

Zandu Pharmaceutical Works Ltd has announced that Zandu Chemicals Ltd has become the subsidiary of the Company w.e.f. November 01, 2006 as the Company has further acquired 44.20% of equity share capital of Zandu Chemicals Ltd.

The total holding of the Company in Zandu Chemicals Ltd after this acquisition will be 93.84% of share capital of Zandu Chemicals Ltd.
