Northgate Technologies to allot 24,47,062 shares to FIIs at Rs.497.28 per share

Northgate Technologies Ltd has announced that the adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 04, 2006, to consider the allotment of 24,47,062 Equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 497.28 per share to Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) on preferential basis.
