Growel Investment to issue warrants on preferential basis

Growel Investment Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2006, inter alia, has decided the following:

1. To issue 15,06,430 convertible warrants on preferential basis to promoters, directors and other members and /or investor at a price as decided according to SEBI Guideline.

2. To call the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the members on November 30, 2006.

3. To increase the Authorised Share Capital from Rs 25 lacs to Rs 200 lacs.
