Maral Overseas announces VRS for Jammu unit employees

Maral Overseas Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2006 has approved an agreement regarding voluntary retirement scheme for the employees at Jammu Unit of the Company. Pursuant to this decision of the Board of Directors of the Company, the Company is taking necessary steps to implement the scheme.
