Kansai Nerolac equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Order of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay, the meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company will be held on November 30, 2006, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving, with or without modification, the Scheme of Amalgamation between Polycoat Powders Ltd with the Company and their respective shareholders.
