Reliance Communications approves Scheme for transfer of Wireless Towers and related infrastructure

Reliance Communications Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company & Reliance Telecom Ltd, a Wholly owned subsidiary of the Company on November 02, 2006 have approved Scheme of transfer of Wireless Tower and related infrastructure to a 100% subsidiary, to enhance operational & financial flexibility and unlocking further value in the interest of over two million shareholders of the Company.
