Surana Telecom to enter IT parks, Infrastructure business

Surana Telecom Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on October 27, 2006 has decided to amend the Main objects of the Memorandum of Association of the Company so as to enable the Company to carry on the Business relating to conventional and Non - Conventional power generation, setting up of IT parks, SEZ, ITES, Hardware Technology park, Infrastructure Development, Entertainment related projects.

Accordingly the Board of Directors decided to conduct Postal Ballot for the above purposes and authorized Shri Devendra Surana, Director and Shri. Balachandra Sunku, Company Secretary to initiate further steps in the said regard.
