Action Construction clarifies on European acquisition news

With reference to the news item appearing in leading English daily titled "ACE close to buying European firm", Action Construction Equipment Ltd has clarified that on this matter the company has neither given any press release nor any interview to any media for the item published in news paper. The Company has informed that as per "object of the issue" mentioned in the company's prospectus, the Company is in the process of acquiring an overseas company, for which the Company has already received two proposals and these are under active consideration.
