Sakthi Sugars acquires Tilan Sugar Ltd

Sakthi Sugars Ltd has announced that on November 01, 2006 the Company has acquired the entire paid up capital (73,37,300 equity shares of Rs 10 each) of Tilan Sugar Ltd (TSL), a Chennai based unlisted public limited Company. By virtue of this acquisition, TSL has become a subsidiary of the Company. TSL does not have any production facility.
