Deepak Nitrite to sell factory plot in Pune

Deepak Nitrite Ltd has announced that consequent to the decision of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 16, 2005, to sell the factory plot located at Sinhagad Road, Pune, the Company has executed the Sale Agreement on October 31, 2006 for sale of said factory plot of land.
