Easun Reyrolle AGM approves dividend, delisting of shares from MSE and Vadodara Stock Exchange

Easun Reyrolle Ltd has announced that the members at the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 25, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of final dividend @ 60%., i.e. Rs 6/- per equity share of Rs 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2006.
