Aztecsoft equity shareholders & unsecured creditors to approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Aztecsoft Ltd has announced that pursuant to the order made by the High Court of Karnataka at Bangalore, separate meeting of the equity shareholders & unsecured creditors will be held on November 20, 2006, for the purpose of consider and is thought, fit, approving with or without modification(s), the Scheme of Amalgamation where under the Company known as Aztec Disha Technologies Ltd is proposed to be merged with the Company.
