Bilpower allots 608100 shares on conversion of warrants

Bilpower Ltd has announced that the meeting of members of the Committee for conversion of warrants into equity shares held on October 14, 2006, has accorded its consent and approved the allotment of 608100 shares arising out of conversion of warrants into equity shares of the Company in favour of the allottees as detailed below:

1. Abhivadan Properties Pvt Ltd: 400000 shares allotted

2. JAP Overseas Pvt Ltd: 100000 shares allotted

3. Ashadeep Multitrade Pvt Ltd: 50000 shares allotted

4. Veedhata Towers Pvt Ltd: 28100 shares allotted

5. Clever Consultants Pvt Ltd: 30000 shares allotted
