Sical Logistics equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Arrangement

Sical Logistics Ltd has announced that pursuant to the order made by the Hon'ble High Court of Madras, a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company will be held on November 07, 2006, for the purpose of considering, and if thought, fit, approving with or without modification, the Scheme of Arrangement (Demerger) proposed to be made between the Company and MAC Oil Palm Ltd and their respective shareholders.
