Reliance Industries to raise US$ 2 Billion

Reliance Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 09, 2006, inter alia, to consider and approve raising of USD 2 Billion by way of Syndicated Loan / Bonds (Fixed / Floating) / Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds towards investment in projects of Oil and Gas exploration and production business.
