IKF Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2006, inter alia, has considered and approved, the following businesses:

1. The Incorporation of subsidiary in U.S.A.

2. The negotiations made with TATA Teleservices Ltd.

3. Reviewed the progress of IKF calling card division.
