Mascon Global updates on investment by Sungroup

Mascon Global Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2006, inter alia, has considered and approved the amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company pursuant to the investment made by Sungroup Enterprises Pvt Ltd in the preferential issue by the Company during March 2006. The same will be carried out with the necessary approval of the shareholders in the General Meeting.
