Unity Infraprojects to setup subsidiary in UAE

Unity Infraprojects Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided and resolved to pursue the following business matters (subject to the receipt of shareholders approval):

1. Formation of new 100% wholly owned Subsidiary Companies for engaging in the activities of;

- Realty development and Construction activity &
- Engaging in BOT, BOOT etc projects

2. Proposed enlargement of the "Objects Clause" of the Memorandum of Association of the Company, to assist the Company in engaging into trading activities in general commodities (esp. pertaining to Construction activities).

3. Formation of a new 100% wholly owned subsidiary in the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E) for accessing and participating in construction activity around the globe.
