Best & Crompton Engineering Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2006, has considered & approved the calendar of events for the Postal Ballot for the sale, lease or otherwise disposal of or mortgage the moveable and immoveable properties of the Company situated at Ambattur, Chennai, was consider & approved.
