Krebs Biochemicals allots 2000000 shares

Krebs Biochemicals & Industries Ltd has announced that the Warrant Committee at its meeting held on September 19, 2008 has allotted 20,00,000 Equity Shares to the investors, consequent to the conversion of 20,00,000 Warrants issued on March 21, 2006. The Conversion of warrants into Equity Shares was done subsequent to the receipt of the balance money tar the conversion.
